Our Innovative Workflow

Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM) Services:

LCM allows us to target cells that are most critical to a study
We procure them from heterogenous tissue inputs and utilize the purified cell sample for our downstream analysis

Reverse Phase Protein Micro-Array (RPPA) Services:

Purified cell sample is printed onto nitrocellulose slides
Each slide is stained with a specific antibody to probe and quantify protein targets
RPPA delivers high quality, quantitative phosphoprotein data using a tiny volume of sample

RPPA workflow: FFPE-embedded tissue is sectioned at 5 to 8 microns, cells are isolated by laser capture microdissection and collected, then lysed for protein extraction; the lysate is printed onto an RPPA slide, stained with an antibody for the protein of interest, imaged to measure protein signal, and quantified.
